LottaLogos, a Perception Partners Website, represents that every logo in our library has been uniquely created by us and that we own the copyrights to each design.

If logos are purchased for non-exclusive use, a limited, royalty-free license is granted to the purchasing party for 99 years once funds (in U.S. dollars) have been successfully transferred to LottaLogos.

If logos are purchased for exclusive use, copyright is transferred to the purchasing party once funds (in U.S. dollars) have been successfully transferred to and received by LottaLogos.

Non-exclusive logos may not be re-sold, or used to promote products for re-sale. This includes but is not limited to: apparel, packaging, consumer goods and other durables. License for such use is available on a case-by-case basis and will be negotiated as such. Perception Partners, parent company of LottaLogos, accepts no responsibility as to the validity of any logo for trademark purposes. It is the responsibility of the purchasing party to initiate any legal procedures to protect their logo with trademarking. Logos that may not be trademarked may not be returned or refunded. All sales are final.
